Let's come together next Friday night to celebrate the turning of the season at the Autumnal Equinox. This is a time to express appreciation for the bountiful gifts of the harvest - that which has come to fruition starting from the dreams incubated at Winter Solstice which became the intentions seeded at Spring Equinox and which grew strong by the light of the long days at Summer Solstice. During the Fall Equinox, we honor the cycles of life as we reap what we have sown with gratitude. 

For this brief time, day and night are the same length with an equal amount of light and dark. So, it is a perfect time to rebalance, restore and refocus our energy. The colorful leaves falling from the trees remind us to gracefully let go of the past and prepare to wind down as we head toward the time of reflection that the darkness of Winter will bring.
