Hi there friend,
I can feel the exuberant energy of
this Strawberry Full Moon which peaked
tonight June 3 at 8:42pm PDT. Do you feel
it? This weekend, our neighborhood has been
bustling with cars and kids at house
parties celebrating graduation. The usual
coastal June Gloom fog lifted long enough
to saturate us in life-giving sunshine,
cheerful blue skies and lots of visitors
hiking the coastal trails. Even my shamanic
journey this afternoon was a wild ride with
my power animal!
And that moon! She's a huge
shining ball silhouetting the branches of
the grand trees in the night sky. To me,
this full moon on the first Saturday in
June feels like the beginning of summer. I
notice that I am eager to embrace the
youthful energy that the warm days of
summer bring - this time of outward
expression, unbridled enthusiasm and
blissful freedom; this opportunity to
appreciate the sumptuous beauty of our
Mother Earth.

When you have 30-minutes or so
to relax, let’s walk together hand
in hand into a sensuous, fully embodied
experience of summer in the New England
countryside - with fireflies, coyotes, a
full moon, fly fishing, dirt roads, rope
swinging, an off-grid cabin, wild
flowers, a garden, an old truck and
beautiful nature scenery. Do you remember
what it is like to really savor the many
physical pleasures of human life in the
summertime?
