renew your spirit

Greetings friend,

Mother Earth has been busy cleansing herself with wind, rain and the last of the winter storms in preparation for spring. Soon, the soil will be ready to nurture the seeds that bring colorful blooms to the flowers. Fresh, green leaves will begin budding on the trees. And the longer days will bring more of the sun's life-giving rays to energize all living beings.

Let us prepare our own body, mind and spirit for the new season as well.

During this Spring Equinox, the influence of the New Moon makes this a powerful time to begin to emerge from the darkness of winter and embrace the renewal that springtime brings. We may notice what is out of balance in our inner & outer worlds and plant seeds of intentions to help us heal and grow stronger.

During this moment of equilibrium, we will stand together poised to blossom into a new version of ourselves which is yearning to be expressed.

Come celebrate with us at the Spring Equinox Ceremony ~ Native Flute Meditation and Drum Journey on ZOOM on Monday, March 20, 2023 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Suggested donation of $35 accepted in the spirit of sacred reciprocity. Your gift will be shared with the Lakota People’s Law Project which assists indigenous tribal communities.

Gather in virtual sacred circle to celebrate the Spring Equinox and to find our natural equilibrium as we honor the fertile, regenerative life-force of our mother earth while seeding new intentions.

Let go of everyday concerns and rest in peaceful meditation to the soothing sounds of Native American Flute music played live.

Journey with the drum to the unseen realms to connect with compassionate guardian spirits for guidance and healing through direct revelation.

Our next in-person event will be held during the full moon just before Easter when we will explore together the ancient origins of the symbols of the bunnies and colored eggs.

You are invited to our Ostara Full Moon Ceremony ~ Native Flute Meditation and Drum Journey at the Community United Methodist Church in Half Moon Bay CA on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Mark your calendar and get your tickets now!

"Behold, my friends, the spring is come; the earth has gladly received the embraces of the sun, and we shall soon see the results of their love!" ~ Chief Sitting Bull
