Hello sweet friend,
February is the month of Love, and
that usually brings romance to mind. But as
I ponder the theme of Love, I wonder,
“How can I love better in ALL of my
relationships?”
In our modern world, we tend to be
so distracted by screens, busy-ness and our
personal concerns. How can we love well if
we are always preoccupied? Sometimes we
say, “I am here for you,” but
we are not truly there. The most beautiful
and precious thing that we can offer to
someone we love is our presence. But what
does that really mean - to be
present?

You may remember what it feels
like to be “seen” through the
eyes of love and to acknowledge
another’s presence in the same way
- open-hearted and completely attentive.
Together on the new moon in our sacred
circle, we will be inspired by the wisdom
of the late Thich Nhat Hanh, the beloved
Buddhist monk who teaches us how to bring
happiness to ourselves and to those we
love by being focused in the here and
now.

live.
Journey with the drum to the
unseen realms to connect with compassionate
guardian spirits
for guidance and
healing through direct
revelation.

be admitted.
