Live music is roaring back finally! I'm excited to let you know that I just got booked for a last-minute gig at a hopping new outdoor bar in the Half Moon Bay harbor. The place is called Jettywave Distillery.

There are good vibes at this spot - relaxed, friendly and welcoming - with the fresh-air outdoor space, live music, fire pits & flame heaters, beautiful hardscape, delicious creative cocktails and yummy Mediterranean snacks. And don’t forget to say howdy-doodle-do to the wandering rooster named Whiskey.

My Groove trio is gonna liven up the place with the perfect blend of pop instrumentals, smooth jazz and bluesy standards. This tasty and versatile group is a crowd-pleaser. Small enough to keep it cool, but lively enough to be festive, we will have you humming along or tapping your toes as you listen to familiar melodies float over upbeat rhythms.

Oakland drummer Rob Rhodes has got the backbeat while Palo Alto keyboardist Tony Stead kicks bass and solos with fire while laying down the groove for yours truly on saxophones.
