sharing and caring

Greetings friend!

The holidays are usually viewed as a time of happiness and rejoicing. But for some people, it can be a period of painful reflection, sadness, loneliness, anxiety, and depression. Even people who love the holidays can experience the blues during this busy season.

The holidays are often a time of high emotion and demands, which can leave a lot of people feeling stressed and exhausted. In fact, a poll conducted by the American Psychological Association found that 45% of Americans would prefer to skip the holidays entirely to avoid the stress.

The even more difficult thing is that there is often really no safe, stigma-free space to talk about our underlying feelings around the holidays. And social isolation can be a major risk factor for depression.

This Friday, we gather in sacred circle on ZOOM to connect with our spiritual community and to support one another heart to heart during this holiday season. Sharing our joys and concerns while tuning in to our souls will provide a meaningful way for us to cope and be uplifted. Then, we will journey to our compassionate, helping spirits to seed empowering intentions to inspire us through the end of the year.

I invite you to join us for the New Moon Ceremony ~ Native Flute Meditation and Drum Journey on ZOOM this Friday, December 3, 2021 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Donations accepted in the spirit of sacred reciprocity. Your gift will be shared with the Lakota People’s Law Project to assist indigenous communities.

Gather in virtual sacred circle to embrace the new moon with reflection, renewal and seeding new intentions.

Let go of everyday concerns and rest in peaceful meditation to the soothing sounds of Native American Flute music played live.

Journey with the drum to the unseen realms to connect with compassionate guardian spirits for guidance and healing through direct revelation.

To protect our sacred space, only those who have signed up will be admitted.

Save the Date! Our Winter Solstice Ceremony ~ Native Flute Meditation and Drum Journey is coming up on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. We plan to meet in-person at Half Moon Bay Odd Fellows Hall. This one will sell out. Get your tickets soon!
Really looking forward to hearing what's in your heart and to nurturing your soul this holiday season.

Hugs and blessings,

Sonya
