uplifting our vibration

Hi there, friend!

Our beautiful autumn weather makes it tempting to just take a deep breath and relax in the sunshine and mild temperatures. Yet this is the time when squirrels begin to scurry around gathering nuts to sustain them throughout the winter months to come. Shamanic cultures look to nature for cues so that we humans also act in ways that align with the cycles of the seasons.

How can we fill ourselves up during this beautiful season? Then, how do we sustain that sense of well-being and high vibration during challenging times?

Tomorrow evening, we gather on the new moon to be uplifted, filled with love and light. In the process, we will learn tools to access this higher state whenever we need to fill ourselves up again.

Join our sacred circle for the New Moon Ceremony ~ Native Flute Meditation and Drum Journey on ZOOM this Wednesday, October 6 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Donations are accepted in the spirit of sacred reciprocity. Your gift will be shared with the Lakota People’s Law Project to assist indigenous communities.

Like a squirrel gathering nuts for winter, let’s fill ourselves with love and light as we seed intentions for abundance, health & happiness.

Gather in virtual sacred circle to embrace the new moon with reflection, renewal and seeding new intentions.

Let go of everyday concerns and rest in peaceful meditation to the soothing sounds of Native American Flute music played live.

Journey with the drum to the unseen realms to connect with compassionate guardian spirits for guidance and healing through direct revelation.

To protect our sacred space, only those who have signed up will be admitted.

"As within, so without" is not just a cliché. When I am able to sustain a high vibration within myself, amazingly my outer world is full of sunshine, too!

Hugs and blessings,

Sonya
