heart hug to moms

Hi, friend!

Beaming big love to all mothers! Today’s version of Mother’s Day in the United States can be attributed to the tireless efforts of Anna Jarvis. The original flower of Mother’s Day was the unassuming white carnation because it was her own mom’s favorite.

As Anna said in a 1927 interview, “The carnation does not drop its petals, but hugs them to its heart as it dies, and so, too, mothers hug their children to their hearts, their mother love never dying.”

Undoubtedly, all of the relationships in our life have been influenced by the first and primary one - our relationship with our mother. But as we grow and evolve as spiritual beings, we may learn that the quality of our connection with others truly begins with US. We each have the power to shift our relationships to experience more loving and peaceful interactions with those around us.

During this new moon, we will work with Spirit to plant seeds of love and harmony in our relationships with the people in our life, especially the difficult ones!

If you have not already registered, you are invited to join our sacred circle for the New Moon Ceremony ~ Native Flute Meditation and Drum Journey on ZOOM this Monday, May 10, 2021 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Donations accepted in the spirit of sacred reciprocity.

Gather in virtual Sacred Circle to embrace the new moon with reflection, renewal and seeding new intentions.

Let go of everyday concerns and rest in peaceful meditation to the soothing sounds of Native American Flute music played live.

Journey with the drum to the unseen realms to connect with compassionate guardian spirits for guidance and healing through direct revelation.

To protect our sacred space, only those who have signed up will be admitted.

Lasting peace and contentment starts with you and me, and in time it will create a new world.

Hugs and blessings,

Sonya
