For the past 36 years, I have been making my living as a full-time professional musician - a recording artist, performer, band leader and educator. Woodwinds are my specialty. Saxophones are my first love, but I also double on flute and clarinet. In recent years, the Native American Flute has captured my heart, and I perform regularly on 7 different handcrafted wood flutes.

Anyone can learn to play music, and I have been effective at teaching hundreds of students over the years. Beginners to advanced, ages 9 to 90. During the pandemic, I found that teaching over ZOOM video conferencing can work really well for one-on-one private lessons with students. It's fun and keeps us all safe!
