gratitude changes everything

Hello there my friend,

Ready or not, the holidays are upon us. Our celebrations this year will be unlike any other, that's for sure. And so many different feelings may be arising in you because of this circumstance we find ourselves in. Throughout the world, we're all in this pandemic together.

If you are feeling some disappointment, depression or even despair, the Rwandan people have a beautiful prescription for that. 1) Be outside in the sun where you begin to feel better. 2) Music and drumming will get your blood flowing again. 3) Community coming together will lift you up and bring you back to joy.

And perhaps one of the most effective medicines for our spirit is Gratitude. "When we focus on our gratitude, the tide of disappointment goes out and the tide of love rushes in." ~ Kristin Armstrong

"The heart that is constantly overflowing with gratitude will be safe from those attacks of resentfulness and gloom that bother so many persons." ~A.W. Tozer
On the Monday after Thanksgiving weekend, you are invited to gather together with our sacred circle to release any holiday stress and be uplifted by singing, dancing, music and drumming in a supportive community.

“I have deep gratitude for the love and compassion you radiate that puts us in a safety Circle and allows us to be open hearted, open minded, and so much more.”

~ Redwood City CA participant at the New Moon Ceremony on 10/16/20

Join us for the Gratitude Ceremony ~ Native Flute Meditation and Drum Journey on ZOOM on Monday, November 30, 2020 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Donations accepted in the spirit of sacred reciprocity.

Together on this full moon, we release any holiday stress, find solace in our spiritual community, and uplift our hearts with gratitude.

Gather in virtual sacred circle during the full moon to release that which no longer serves us and to elevate our vibration by cultivating gratitude

Let go of everyday concerns and rest in peaceful meditation to the soothing sounds of Native American Flute music played live.

Journey with the drum to the unseen realms to connect with compassionate guardian spirits for healing and guidance through direct revelation.

To protect our sacred space, only those who have signed up will be admitted.

Save the Date! Our Winter Solstice Ceremony ~ Native Flute Meditation and Drum Journey on ZOOM is coming up on Sunday, December 20, 2020 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. Registration will open on November 30.
May your heart and soul overflow with blessings this holiday season.

Love and hugs,

Sonya
