Hello my friend,

The holidays can be delightful, or they can be depressing. When the Pumpkin-Turkey-Santa-Sales! parade begins, we may light up with exuberance, or we may lean toward exasperation. To avoid this seasonal sleigh ride of emotion, some of us just check out.
Whatever your tendency this time of year, a little spiritual work can go a long way. At my upcoming Gratitude Ceremony, we will work with the element of Air to release any lingering resentments and forgive the past. This will soften our hearts, opening a space to fill with gratitude for the many blessings in our lives.
As we celebrate our thankfulness together in our sacred circle, a childlike joy and lightness of being may emerge. A happy heart will be our best holiday gift this year, for ourselves and our loved ones!

Gather in Sacred Circle at dusk, when the veils between worlds are thinnest, to create the happiest of holidays by forgiving the past and filling our hearts with gratitude.

Let go of everyday concerns and rest in peaceful meditation to the soothing sounds of Native American Flute music played live.

Journey with the drum to the unseen realms to connect with compassionate guardian spirits for healing and guidance through direct revelation.
