Hello my friend,
When I am fully present in my life, I notice
that All Is Well the vast majority of the
time, like 99%! Usually, an upsetting event
that happens - an accident, bad news, body
pain - lasts just a few seconds or minutes.
But my mind continues to worry about that
event for many minutes, hours, days, even
weeks. While I am worrying, I am not present
to the fact that, most of the time, I am ok
in this moment. Instead, I may feel that I am
a mess almost all of the time!

Spending time pondering about concerns may be
necessary and even worthwhile to plan for
needed actions to be taken. But falling into
the swirling whirlpool of unproductive worry
happens far too easily. And that vortex can
drag me into a dark place pretty
fast.

Watch this crazy footage of a powerful
whirlpool swallowing everything that comes

During our next New Moon Ceremony on Friday,
August 30, we will call upon the Spirit of
Water to help us dissolve our persistent
worries. This will free our minds so that we
can practice being Present during the Native
Flute Meditation. Afterwards, we may
experience an unusually peaceful state from
which we can then more effectively create
meaningful intentions to manifest in our
lives. And of course, we will call upon
Spirit to empower those
intentions!

New Moon
Ceremony
Native Flute Meditation and Drum
Journey
Friday, August 30, 2019 6~8 p.m.
Gather in Sacred Circle at dusk, when the
veils between worlds are thinnest, to embrace
the new moon with reflection, renewal
and
seeding new intentions.
Let go of everyday concerns and rest
in
peaceful meditation
to the soothing sounds of Native American
Flute music played live.
Journey with the drum to the unseen realms to
connect with compassionate guardian spirits
for
healing and guidance
through direct revelation.
