Chuck Mangione seduced saxophonist Sonya Jason into the music business. Now she pays tribute the man and his music during an Oceanfront Concert on Sunday, June 24, 2012.
Sonya Jason's TIGRESS band celebrates the innovative jazz fusion artists of the '70s and '80s, performing the music of Chuck Mangione, David Sanborn, Yellowjackets, Grover Washington Jr., Spyro Gyra, George Benson, Miles Davis, Gato Barbieri, Michael Brecker, Dave Grusin, The Crusaders, Herbie Hancock, Weather Report and others.

The Bach Dancing & Dynamite Society in Half Moon Bay has been presenting top jazz, classical and world music concerts since 1964. The casual, intimate setting with stunning ocean views and attentive audiences brings out the best in musicians. This is my all-time favorite place to play, and a show not to be missed!
