Hello Music Lover!

"Do what you love and the money will follow".
Marsha Sinetar - American writer

We've all heard some version of that. When I was a teenager choosing my lifelong career path, I believed the saying meant, "Play music because you love it and you'll become rich and famous." Ah, the naivete of youth!

Over the years I've seen that life is full of ups and downs, good times and bad times. No matter what, I've just kept following my passion. Regardless of how it turns out in the end, money or no money, what could be better than having lived a life doing what I love?

Now and again, I've been blessed with the opportunity to play music, have lots of fun, and make a little money, too!  Recently, I was invited to join one of the premier party bands in northern California -- the Fundamentals. Yippee!

This 9-piece high energy dance band includes three powerful and charismatic vocalists, Elena Keating, LeeAnn Christopherson and Chris Cole. The rhythm section is a tight, groovin' machine with band manager John Xepoleas on drums, Marc Levine on bass, Tom Suczek on keyboards, and Ric Wilson on guitar. The horns top it off with punchy lines and wailing solos by Marvin McFaddin or Dave Scott on trumpet and yours truly on alto and soprano sax.

Most of the time, the Fundamentals are very busy playing for high end private parties, corporate events and weddings. But once in a while, the band makes a public appearance that you won't want to miss. Keep your eye on my Gig Schedule for your chance to dance your heart out!

Does all this talk about following your passion really turn you off? Would you rather that I just show you the money and then show you how to get off this list? OK, you win. Hold down the Shift key while hitting the 4 key about a dozen times. Then click the link below.
