Friends appeared from throughout the greater San Francisco Bay
Area, and a couple of talented vocalists unexpectedly celebrated by
singing with the band. What a treat! Getting older is so much easier
with great friends around that insist, "You're looking good!

Nearly seven years ago I moved from Los Angeles to the San
Francisco Bay Area seeking a place to call home where I would be supported
to mature gracefully both as a professional musician and as a
woman. Now I can't imagine living anywhere else.
Along the way I developed my favorite strategies
for aging well:
-- take good care of my body
-- nourish my soul daily
-- do what I love for a living
I'm fortunate that music is what I love to do. Ever
